ISGAN (International Smart Grids Action Network) is the International Energy Agency’s Technological Collaboration program for the cooperation in the field of smart microgrids. It is also an initiative of the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM).
MISSION INNOVATION 2.0
It is a global initiative to catalyse a decade of action and investment in research, development and demonstration in order to make affordable, attractive and accessible for all clean energy. This will accelerate the progress towards the objectives set by the Paris Agreement and towards the path of zero net energy.
GREEN POWERED FUTURE MISSION
Objective: demonstrate that, for the year 2030, the electrical systems from different geographical and climatic regions are able to efficiently integrate up to 100% of renewable energies, with a variable combination scheme, and maintain a secure, resistant and profitable system.
EERA- Smart Cities & Smart Grids
EERA is the public pillar of research of the Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan). The SET-Plan aims to accelerate the development and market integration of low-carbon emission key technologies.
FUTURED Spanish Technology Platform for Electricity Grids:
FUTURED aims to bring together all of the actors in the electricity industry, in order to define and promote strategies at the national level that enable the consolidation of a grid that is much more advanced and capable of meeting the challenges of the future.
FUTURED was set up in October 2005 as a meeting place and a shared forum for dialogue, in order to bring about increased mutual understanding among its member organizations and bodies, identify potential opportunities for collaboration, define a shared vision and, where applicable, adopt a shared position when dealing with target audiences (general society, national and European administrations, etc.).
DERlab is an association of leading laboratories and research institutes in the field of equipment and systems for distributed energy resources. It develops common quality criteria and requirements for the connection and operation of distributed energy resources (DER) and supports the coherent development of DER technologies.
